Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, please contact us at support@trairo.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Damages And Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and help make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom products such as special orders or personalized items, and personal care goods such as beauty products.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before starting a return.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the policy above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.

As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
